A Time for Courage - Video Wanted

Does anyone have the video for this on their computer or a DVD or something?

If so, I would appreciate it very much if I could get a copy or borrow the disc or something.

Drop me an email.

Much obliged.

Update: I shall be getting hold of a copy soon, with many thanks to Alumni Andi!

Update #2: She's gone and posted a very nice copy of A Time for Courage on YouTube!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, everyone!

I hope 2004 was as good for you was it was for me. Of course, that might not be possible! After all, I got to spend a fourth of the year working at Space Camp!

Regardless, here's to hoping 2005 goes even better for all of us!

To that end, there was an article published in the Huntsville Times a few days ago worth looking at. It gives some insight into the Space Center's future plans regarding many things, including Space Camp (and possible new programs).

The article is
here if you want to read it.

Also, it would seem as if the drive for "Save the Saturn V" license plates is going
somewhat well. They're halfway to the needed 1,000 orders before they can be produced. But they need all of the orders before January 31 or they have to start the process of getting state legislation passed for the plates all over again. If I was a resident of Alabama, I'd certainly be ordering one!

Again, Happy New Year to you all! And especially those at Space Camp right now for Christmas Camp!

Happy New Year!

Well, here's wishing everyone a great 2003!

Just think, some lucky people are at Space Camp celebrating New Year's right now, and we're not!

Oh well...I hope your new year starts off well nonetheless...

An Ad I Saw At Taco Bell

I was eating dinner at Taco Bell last night and on the paper insert on my tray was an ad from the National Kidney Foundation featuring the space shuttle with the slogan, "About the only vehicle we can't accept." The ad is trying to get people to donate their vehicles to the NKF.

Now, a shuttle is worth several billion dollars. If someone had one to give, I assure you, they'd take it.

Still...I thought it was pretty funny...especially considering it came from Taco Bell! Enjoy (click on the image for a larger, more legible picture of the ad)!
